Panjab University Partners with ISAC and Zscaler to Launch CopConnect Cyber Wellness Clinic

Chandigarh, February 28 : In a significant move to bolster cybersecurity awareness, education and cybercrime victim support, Panjab University is set to inaugurate the CopConnect Cyber Wellness Clinic on March 5, 2025. This initiative is a collaborative effort with the Information Sharing and Analysis Center and is supported by Zscaler through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. The clinic aims to serve as a comprehensive hub for cyber safety training, awareness, and collaboration among academia, law enforcement, and industry experts.

Building on Previous Successes 

This endeavour follows the successful establishment of the CopConnect Cyber Wellness Center at educational institutions in Bengaluru earlier in 2024. The Bengaluru initiative has provided cybersecurity resources and training to students and professionals. The positive impact and reception of the CopConnect Cyber Wellness Centers have set a precedent for similar initiatives across the country.

ISAC: Pioneering Cybersecurity Initiatives

The Information Sharing and Analysis Center (ISAC) is a leading non-profit cybersecurity foundation dedicated to addressing critical challenges in the digital realm. ISAC’s mission encompasses capacity building in cybersecurity, promoting professional ethics, and conducting extensive research and development in cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. Additionally, ISAC manages the National Security Database, a repository of certified cybersecurity professionals recognized for their expertise and commitment to national security.
