ER BHARAT SCOUTS & GUIDES’ ELABORATE CAMPAIGN FOR CRACKER, NOISE & POLLUTION FREE DIWALI

ER Bharat Scouts & Guides has made recently elaborate campaign for cracker free, noise free & pollution free Diwali. With this objective, recently a poster making competition o­n ‘Anti Crackers Adoption’ was organized virtually 

where near about 100 members in the form of Scouts, Guides, Rovers & Rangers of the organization took part from all the Divisions, Workshops & Headquarters Units. Great ideas for a green Diwali with social messages were evolved during this virtual competition.
An E-Patakha presentation o­n how to safeguard ourselves and also the others in this apocalyptic situation was presented by the members of ER Bharat Scouts & Guides where near about 50 members showed their presentation with the help of animation effect.

The Scout Troupe of Vivekananda Group of Kanchrapara District Association under Eastern Railway Bharat Scouts & Guides took forward the message of green Diwali in the form of door to door campaign covering near about 70 families. The actual motive behind this competition was to ensure that as sound & noise pollution is unbearable during this season, people easily get affected by the level of air pollution.
To bring the sense of joy in every face, the members of Bharat Scouts & Guides distributed diyas, candles & masks to the elders of the family and sweets to the children to make this Diwali a special o­ne as a soundless & pollution less from every corner.
